This Website is dedicated to advocating for enhanced coastal and beach resort safety measures across the Philippines, inspired by the tragic story of Sandy Garovillas and supporting initiatives like Senate Bill No. 2971 ("Sandy's Act"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and its content, including the petition form. The Website is operated by SafeShoresForSandy ("we", "us", or "our").

- Use of Signature Data: By signing the petition:
- You consent to your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address being included in a list of supporters.
- You understand and agree that this list (containing your full name and email) may be shared with Philippine lawmakers, government agencies, and other relevant authorities as part of our advocacy efforts.
- You will have the option to choose whether your name is displayed on a public-facing list of supporters as your Full Name or as your First Name and Last Initial (e.g., "John C."). If you do not select the limited display option, your full name may be shown.
- You will have the option to subscribe to receive email updates about the petition and related campaigns.
- Voluntary Act: Signing the petition is a voluntary act of support. It does not create any contractual obligation between you and us beyond these Terms, nor does it guarantee any specific legislative outcome.
